TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ONLINE TICKET SALES

Section I

1. CORFERIAS provides USERS with a ticket sales service (hereinafter “Tickets” or “Ticketing”) for various fairs and events held at the fairgrounds, through different sales mechanisms, including online sales via the websites of the various fairs.

2. To use the information and transaction services offered by CORFERIAS, USERS must read and accept the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth below, which are considered accepted at the moment the USER makes a purchase transaction. CORFERIAS recommends that as the USER reads these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, they consult additional information as needed.

Section II

DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. CORFERIAS: Refers to the CORPORACIÓN DE FERIAS Y EXPOSICIONES S.A. USUARIO OPERADOR DE ZONA FRANCA BENEFICIO E INTERÉS COLECTIVO, a legal entity understood to be the organizer and/or operator of the fairs and events held at the fairgrounds, whose tickets are sold through this online ticketing platform.

2. USER: A person registered on the fair or event’s website they wish to attend. The USER declares that the information provided is truthful and takes responsibility for any false information, for which they shall be held liable under the Colombian Penal Code, Law 599 of 2000, and any subsequent amendments or repeals.
The USER acknowledges that fairs and events may be subject to change without prior notice. They also confirm that they have reviewed the fair or event details, including its content, the number and type of ticket(s), and the dates and times.

3. Ticket or Ticketing: Any type of pass, entry, or similar document granting the right to access a specific event or fair. Purchasing or acquiring a ticket grants access to the fair or event only.

4. Fair or Event: Refers to all industrial, business, commercial, cultural, recreational, and/or institutional activities held at the CORFERIAS fairgrounds. For the purposes of this document and the right of withdrawal contained herein, a fair or event is considered to have started on the first day it opens to the public.

5. CORFERIAS is not obligated to replace lost, damaged, torn, or stolen tickets, as they become the USER’s responsibility upon delivery.

6. Purchases made through the fair or event’s website are subject to verification and approval by the respective bank or financial institution of the debit or credit card used by the USER.

7. Purchases made on the fair or event website are governed by Colombian law, particularly Law 527 of 1999, Law 1480 of 2011, and Law 2439 of 2024, along with any other laws that amend, add to, or repeal them. Therefore, all transactions, inquiries, and purchases made are deemed to be electronically signed by the USER, who is bound by the terms of the sale.

8. If any provision of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.

9. If CORFERIAS does not take immediate action in the event of a breach of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, it does not constitute a waiver of CORFERIAS’s right to take legal action.

10. CORFERIAS reserves the right to modify these TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time: such modifications will become effective upon publication on the fair or event website and will apply to subsequent transactions.

11. As this is a single document, these TERMS AND CONDITIONS must be interpreted and fulfilled as a whole.

Section III

USE OF THE ONLINE PURCHASE PORTAL

1. USERS agree to use the online ticket purchase mechanism in accordance with Colombian law and these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. As such, USERS must refrain from using this tool for illegal purposes, in ways that may harm the rights and interests of third parties or CORFERIAS, or from carrying out actions that may in any way damage, disable, overload, impair, or impede the normal operation of the fair and/or event website. These prohibitions include:

a. Manipulating the pricing structure, purchase process, or any other elements involved in transactions or the website itself,

b. Distributing or sending spam, chain messages, or pyramid scheme promotions,

c. Distributing and/or implementing virus programs or other technologies that could affect the normal functioning of the website and/or the interests of CORFERIAS and other USERS,

d. Publishing false, misleading, incorrect, defamatory, or slanderous content regarding personal information, tickets, or CORFERIAS,

e. Copying, modifying, and/or distributing intangible assets from the fair or event website and CORFERIAS without prior written authorization, as these are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights and copyright laws,

f. Collecting information about other USERS, such as personal data and email addresses

2. CORFERIAS appreciates that USERS Servicios al usuario Report any problems, offensive content, or violations of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS by emailing serviciocliente@corferias.com, calling 3810000, or sending a written notice to Carrera 37 No. 24-67, Bogotá D.C.

3. In addition to the possible actions taken regarding a violation, CORFERIAS may limit, suspend, refrain from publishing, or terminate the offering of Tickets and the access of USERS who, through action or omission, violate CORFERIAS’s or third-party rights, or breach these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

4. CORFERIAS also reserves the right to prohibit, remove, and/or deny access to the online ticket purchase tool to USERS identified as instigators of the aforementioned violations and may take the necessary legal and technical actions.

5. Furthermore, CORFERIAS is entitled to restrict USERS’ access to the ticket purchase website when it deems that they are causing problems, infringing on the rights of third parties or CORFERIAS, or violating these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

6. USERS agree to avoid:

a. Performing actions that result in excessive load on CORFERIAS’s technological infrastructure.

b. Copying, reproducing, modifying, creating derivative works from, distributing, or publicly displaying website content without CORFERIAS’s prior, express, and written consent.

c. Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the proper operation of the ticket sales website.

Section IV

TICKET PURCHASE CONDITIONS

1. The ticket purchase service on each fair or event’s website is offered by CORFERIAS as the organizer and/or operator of the respective fair or event.

2. There will be a maximum number of tickets that can be purchased, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. USERS acknowledge and agree that tickets purchased through the online sales platform do not include any additional fee for using the tool.

4. The fair or event may include additional activities that require extra payment, not covered by the ticket price.

5. CORFERIAS may set different ticket sale conditions depending on the time of purchase, the fair admission date, among others, which will be communicated to the USER at the time of purchase.

6. CORFERIAS may offer promotions, discounts, or other offers for ticket sales, which will be announced in accordance with legal requirements. This does not entitle USERS who purchased tickets before the announcement to any price adjustment or inclusion in the promotion.

7. Tickets may be purchased on the fair or event’s website 24 hours a day until the last day of the event. However, purchases are subject to ticket availability.

8. CORFERIAS reserves the right to limit USER entry to the fair or event for safety, health, and/or venue capacity reasons. In such cases, CORFERIAS will inform the USER of the procedure to use their ticket.

9. CORFERIAS will deliver the tickets to the USER through: (i) email sent to the address provided at purchase or (ii) physical pickup at Online Ticketing’s priority entry areas, specifically at the customer help zone.

10. If the USER successfully completes the online ticket purchase process, acquiring one or more tickets, CORFERIAS will reserve them and will no longer make them available to others, as they are held for the USER.

11. Once the online ticket purchase is completed, CORFERIAS will send the USER a payment receipt including the purchase code, and a breakdown of charges, units, prices, taxes, and other applicable fees.

12. The USER agrees to present their ID to collect tickets purchased through the fair or event website at the fairground entry points.

13. If the USER does not claim the ticket or does not attend the fair or event, the payment will be considered made and no refunds, compensations, or reimbursements will be issued.

14. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee the quality and/or content of the fair or event, nor the USER’s satisfaction, and thus, USERS may not demand such fulfillment from CORFERIAS.

Section V

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Payments for one or more tickets via the fair or event’s website can be made using national credit or debit cards, or through the PSE/BANK TRANSFER portal.

2. Transaction confirmation is subject to authorization from credit card systems, bank transfer systems, or financial institutions.

Section VI

REFUND POLICY

1. As a general rule, no refund will be given for ticket payments, except in cases where the fair or event is cancelled or postponed, as long as the reason is not force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

2. CORFERIAS will refund the ticket price within 15 calendar days from the date the USER is informed of the fair or event’s cancellation or postponement.

Section VII

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, as amended by Law 2439 of 2024, USERS may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days after purchasing a ticket for a fair or event. Note that this right does not apply if the USER purchases a ticket for a fair or event that has already started.

Once the right of withdrawal is exercised within five (5) business days after ticket payment, CORFERIAS will refund the amount paid within 15 calendar days from the exercise date, provided the USER supplies all required information to complete the process. No additional charges, deductions, or withholdings will be made by CORFERIAS. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending a request to servicioalcliente@corferias.com, with the subject line “Derecho de Retracto” (Right of Withdrawal), along with proof of ticket purchase and the payment method and account to which the refund should be made.

Section VIII

LIABILITY

1. In the event of disputes between USERS related to online ticket purchases, CORFERIAS shall be exempt from any claim, damage, or lawsuit arising from such disputes.

2. As the availability and continuous proper operation of the online ticket purchase page cannot be guaranteed, CORFERIAS may, at its discretion and without prior notice, block, interrupt, or restrict access to the page without incurring any liability.

3. USERS must take appropriate security measures when accessing the online ticket purchase platform.

4. CORFERIAS cannot guarantee that the website content is free from errors, viruses, or any other elements that may affect the USER’s computer system. Therefore, CORFERIAS shall not be liable for any damages caused by errors, compatibility issues, computer viruses, etc., that impact the functionality of the page.

5. Regarding the transaction process, CORFERIAS's liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the USER for the ticket(s).

Section IX

ACCESS AND INTERFERENCE

1. Given that most of the content on the fair or event website belongs to CORFERIAS, by accepting these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, USERS agree to access it only for the following purposes:
i. To consult information about the fairs and events, and their tickets, and
ii. To carry out ticket purchase transactions.

2. If a USER wishes to access the page for any purpose other than those mentioned above, they must obtain express written authorization from CORFERIAS.

Section X

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By accepting these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, USERS agree to defend and hold CORFERIAS harmless from any claims or demands, whether judicial or extrajudicial, brought by any third party as a result of:

i. Violation of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ii. Violation of any legal, regulatory, and/or normative provisions applicable to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS in the territory of the Republic of Colombia,

iii. Infringement, threat, or violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights,

iv. Misuse of the website, understood as any use not in compliance with the law and these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Section XI

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. These TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Colombian law.

2. By accepting the TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the USER agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Colombia for resolving any disputes arising from the use of the online ticket purchase tool.

3. Before resorting to legal dispute resolution mechanisms under Colombian law, CORFERIAS encourages USERS to first contact customer service by phone at 3810000 or by email at serviciocliente@corferias.com.

Section XII

intellectual property

1. Content such as messages, designs, code, animations, graphics, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, and software made available by CORFERIAS on the fair or event website are protected under intellectual property rights held by CORFERIAS or by the author who has authorized CORFERIAS to use them, and are governed by national and international regulations.

2. USERS must refrain from copying, modifying, disclosing, or reproducing in any way and by any means the content and, in general, any type of material made available on the website.

3. CORFERIAS states that it is the owner of the industrial property rights derived from the distinctive signs of the fair or event and of CORFERIAS itself.

4. CORFERIAS will not grant licenses or usage authorizations over its intellectual, industrial, or copyright-related property rights concerning the fair or event website or the online ticket purchasing platform.

AUTHORIZATION FOR THE USE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, and any other laws that amend and/or repeal it, I voluntarily, expressly, and knowingly authorize Corporación de Ferias y Exposiciones S.A. Usuario Operador de Zona Franca Beneficio e Interés Colectivo, hereinafter CORFERIAS, to collect, store, and share my data (full name, ID number, email address, and mobile phone number) with third parties, either in Colombia or abroad, and to process my personal data provided through this medium for the following purposes: i) promotion, marketing, advertising, and information regarding CORFERIAS' own commercial activities, through the USER's authorized communication channel; ii) promotion, marketing, advertising, and information about services, products, partnerships, agreements, and fairs from exhibitors and/or strategic partners participating in in-person or virtual fairs and/or events organized or attended by CORFERIAS, through the USER's authorized communication channel; iii) assignment and delivery of username and password for access to the platform and/or services requested and/or contracted from CORFERIAS; iv) management, storage, and handling of accounting, financial, administrative, and legal data; v) management, storage, and handling of payments and tax Servicios al usuario Reports, if applicable.

For the purposes of sending information or contacting me, I authorize the use of the following channels:

Likewise, I declare that I am aware of my rights as the data subject, especially the right to access, update, rectify, and revoke the authorization I have granted for the use of my personal data. This authorization shall remain in effect indefinitely, as long as the purposes for which it was granted remain applicable, and may be revoked at any time, provided there is no legal or contractual obligation requiring its retention.
